To craft rugged luxury itineraries for open minded explorers seeking faraway and bespoke experiences
Hawaii Luxury Travel Article Written by Travel Advisor Kayla Keuler at The Boho Traveller
As travel advisors we’re always seeking ways to enhance our knowledge and provide the best experiences for our clients. My recent attendance at the Maui Classic Vacations E3 conference was nothing short of transformative, deepening my understanding and passion for the Hawaiian Islands, particularly Maui, and helping to cultivate my knowledge of Hawaii Luxury Travel. I’ve long held a deep love for Polynesian culture after living in Tahiti for over a year and Hawaii boasts the same incredible beauty, rich traditions and warm hospitality, all with the convenience of being a part of the US. Let me take you through this incredible journey and share some of Hawaii’s unique offerings.
My stay spanned five distinctive properties, each offering unique charms:
Though I would have loved to personally visit every property on the island, a hotel marathon of that stature was not on the cards for this trip – there’s always next time though! Fortunately, the conference provided an excellent alternative. I had invaluable opportunities to connect with representatives from numerous prestigious properties across the Hawaiian Islands. These interactions with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts of Hawaii, Kona Village, Marriott Bonvoy Global, Montage Kapalua Bay, Outrigger Hawaii, 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Grand Hyatt Kauai, Grand Wailea, Ligate Hawaii, and Hilton Hawaii have equipped me with insider knowledge on unique offerings, ideal client matches, and exclusive booking perks. Not to mention the actual human connections made that always go so much further when ensuring personalized experiences.

While the conference was enlightening, experiencing Maui firsthand was truly magical. Some standout experiences for me were:
Perhaps the most important lesson from this trip is that Maui is not only open but eagerly welcoming visitors. In the wake of the devastating wildfires, there’s a misconception that the island isn’t ready for tourists. However, the reality is quite the opposite. The people of Maui are extending open arms to visitors, recognizing tourism as a crucial element in rebuilding their community. The culture remains strong, and the island continues to offer diverse experiences for all types of travelers.
This conference has left me so inspired and ignited a deeper passion for pairing clients with their perfect trip. I’m now more equipped than ever to craft personalized, unforgettable journeys that not only meet but exceed clients’ expectations.
Whether you’re dreaming of a relaxing beach getaway, an adventure-filled vacation, or a cultural immersion, Hawaii – and particularly Maui – has something extraordinary to offer. I can’t wait to help more clients discover the magic of these islands, contributing to the local community’s recovery and celebrating the enduring spirit of aloha.
Mahalo for allowing me to share this experience. Let’s start planning your Hawaiian adventure today!
